Multiplying the Journey from the overflow of God's presence and grace.
This training is for Journey alums who have experienced transformation through their two-year Journey experience and now want to multiply The Journey in their context. This training is designed to train you to become certified Discipling Faculty of The Leadership Institute, in essence, extending the influence of The Journey to those you know and love in your network as part of The Leadership Institutes sent faculty leadership team.
Discipling Faculty Training Purpose: To embed the posture and practices of Jesus (Journey lifestyle) so deeply, one reaches the end of one's life in awe of the friendship they had with Jesus and others.
Specific Training Outcome Goals
- If called, acquire the knowledge, experience and skills to launch The Journey under our umbrella in your domain.
- If in an organizational leadership role, acquire the knowledge, experience and skills to integrate The Journey concepts into your leadership structures.
- For all, acquire the knowledge, experience and skills to create a 3/12 Discipling Ethos in your everyday life that leads people into the lifestyle postures and practices of Jesus.
